In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

By completing the dak69 registration form, clicking any "I Agree", "Register", or equivalent button on the Platform, or by accessing or using the Services in any way, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• The dak69 Privacy Policy;
• The dak69 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current Terms.

The dak69 Platform is operated for the entertainment of adults. Access to and use of the Services is conditional on satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. The Operator strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be requested during KYC and must be provided without delay.
2. Residency: You must be an individual ordinarily resident in Indonesia (including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, and all other Indonesian provinces) or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited under local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship or those declared legally incapacitated may not register.
4. One Account: You are permitted to hold exactly one (1) dak69 Account. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under your own identity or using any other personal details — is prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on dak69 or any other platform operated by the Operator.
6. Sanctions: You must not be subject to any applicable economic sanctions list that would prohibit the Operator from providing the Services to you.

To access the Services, you must complete the dak69 registration process accurately and in full. The following obligations apply throughout the registration and ongoing use of your Account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, valid Indonesian identity card number (KTP number), date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dak69 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.
• KYC Documents: Prior to approving any withdrawal request, or at any time the Operator deems necessary for compliance, dak69 will require you to submit: (a) a clear colour photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP, Passport, or SIM); (b) a recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill, dated within 90 days); and (c) for withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon), a bank statement confirming account ownership.
• Processing Time: KYC review is typically completed within 1–3 business days from receipt of all required documents. Incomplete submissions will delay processing. dak69 bears no liability for withdrawal delays arising from incomplete KYC documentation.
• Right to Refuse: The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

The following terms govern all deposits made into your dak69 Account:

• Accepted Methods: dak69 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit for bank transfer channels is Rp 50.000. The minimum for e-wallet deposits is Rp 25.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the dak69 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Processing Time: Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited within five (5) minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside banking hours or via inter-bank channels may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you own legally and that originate from sources that are lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited into your Account.
• Currency: All deposits are processed and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dak69 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion charges incurred on the sender's side are borne entirely by the Member.
• Fees: dak69 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Rejected Deposits: dak69 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be reconciled to a registered Account, that originates from a prohibited payment source, or that triggers an anti-money-laundering alert. Returned funds will be remitted to the originating payment method minus any third-party transaction costs.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from your dak69 Account:

• Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested by Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests made prior to completion of KYC will be held pending document review.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply. Members with Gold VIP status benefit from elevated limits. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier section.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal processing takes between 15 minutes and one (1) business day from approval. Requests submitted outside of banking hours (after 20:00 WIB Monday–Friday, or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays) will be processed on the next available business day. Gold VIP members are entitled to same-day withdrawal processing for eligible amounts.
• Destination Account: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. dak69 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.
• Fees: dak69 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Standard bank transfer charges, if any, are assessed by the receiving institution and are the responsibility of the Member.
• Large Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000 are subject to enhanced verification and may require up to three (3) business days to process. The Operator may request additional source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on dak69 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: New Members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. This bonus is available only on the first qualifying deposit and is subject to a 30× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount alone. The bonus must be used within 30 days of credit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active in your Account at any given time. If you accept a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and unmet, the prior bonus may be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Bonus Balances may be used on eligible sports markets, live casino games, and slot titles as specified per promotion. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward the Wagering Requirement (e.g., live casino wagers may contribute at 10%; sports betting at 100%). Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: The Operator actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to lock in a guaranteed profit; using the same IP address, device, or household as an existing Member to claim the Welcome Bonus; and collusion between Members. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Balances forfeited and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Promotional Modifications: dak69 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Once a Wagering Requirement has begun, the applicable terms for that bonus will not be retroactively changed to the Member's detriment.
• Maximum Withdrawable Win: Some promotions specify a maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn per bonus cycle. Where such a cap applies, it is stated in the individual promotion terms. The existence of a cap does not affect real-money (non-bonus) winnings.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and event markets offered on dak69. Game-specific rules for live casino, togel (traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, crash games, and other products are available within the relevant game interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the dak69 system and assigned a unique bet reference number. Verbal agreements, chat messages, or email communications do not constitute valid bets.
• Minimum Bet: Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. For most sports markets, the minimum stake is Rp 5.000.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and are displayed per market. dak69 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for any Member or any market at its sole discretion.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds or line settings (e.g., odds significantly outside typical market ranges due to a technical fault), dak69 reserves the right to void any affected wager and return stakes. This right applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Member at the time of bet placement.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the minimum required play time, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account.
• Results: Official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 by PSSI; EPL by the Premier League; FIFA World Cup by FIFA) are used to settle all related markets. dak69's settlement decision, based on these official results, is final.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event for risk management purposes. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dak69 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or providing materially inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing or operating another Member's Account with or without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place wagers, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes in the Platform for personal financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other conduct designed to disguise the origin of funds transacted through dak69.
• Coordinating with other Members to place complementary bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse or "matched betting" using dak69 bonus funds).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dak69 staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or cooling-off period imposed on your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly illegal under local criminal law, where doing so constitutes a knowing violation by the Member.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to dak69 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on dak69, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with third-party payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay) for transaction processing purposes, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

dak69 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, stores sensitive personal data in encrypted form on secured servers, and limits access to your personal data to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Full details of your data rights — including the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and on whatever theory of liability;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, telecommunications disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• The outcome of any wager placed on the Platform;
• Any action taken by Indonesian authorities or any other regulatory body that affects your ability to access the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dak69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction or payment dispute from a Member's bank or payment provider;
• Account activity that the Operator considers abusive, manipulative, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform;
• The Member's request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon permanent Account closure for reason of breach, the Operator reserves the right to void outstanding Bonus Balances and retain Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where a legitimate positive Real Money balance exists and closure is not the result of fraud or criminal conduct, the Operator will remit the available balance to the Member's last verified payment method within 30 business days.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Once closed, a previously self-excluded Account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed (the "Licensing Jurisdiction").

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Licensing Jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Operator's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

Notice to Indonesian Residents: You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia under existing Indonesian law. By accessing dak69, you represent that you have independently assessed your own legal position, that you are doing so voluntarily, and that you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. The Operator makes no representation that the Services are lawful in every user's location.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dak69 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page;
• Display a notification banner on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days following the change;
• Where feasible, notify affected Members via registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Amendments will not retroactively change the terms applicable to bets or bonuses already in progress at the time of the update.
